Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with departmental administrative activities including management of consultant Sports Dietitians
  • Provide nutrition support for AIS Diving, AIS Canoe/Kayak Flatwater, National Triathlon and Women’s Water Polo Programs
  • Undertake sport specific research projects with designated sports

  • Nutritional management of endurance athletes
  • Carbohydrate metabolism for endurance based sports
  • Acute nutritional interventions to enhance team sport performance
  • Development of an integrated high performance Sports Nutrition Network
