Diving AIS divers amongst the medals at 14th Diving Grand Prix

AIS athletes have won three medals for Australia at the 14th FINA Diving Grand Prix in Shenzen, China.
* Sharleen Stratton (bronze) - Women's 3m Springboard
* Bree Cole & Sharleen Stratton (silver) - Women's 3m Synchronised
* Robert Newbery & Scott Robertson (silver) - Men's 3m Synchronised
Former AIS athlete Matthew Mitcham, now training at NSWIS, also won two (2) bronze medals in the Men's 3m Springboard & Men's Platform events.
It was a good performance by all athletes to back up from their stunning performances at the Beijing Olympic Games 'Test Event' (The 16th FINA Diving World Cup).
The AIS Diving squad now head to Hobart, Tasmania for a four day Pre-Olympic Trials Camp (13 - 16 March 2008). The camp will allow athletes to familiarise themselves with the diving facilities and conditions in preparation for the Olympic Trials event to be held in Hobart from 11-13 April.
