In 2009 the AIS Netball team will again be competing in the New Idea Australian Netball League (ANL).

The series will be comprised of eleven teams with each state being represented by one team, except for NSW who will have two teams entered, plus a team from the AIS and Singapore.  The competition will be held over seven rounds and will be played at various venues around Australia and a round will be played in Singapore.

The AIS will be hosting games on 24 & 25th July and 29th August with games being played in the Frank Stewart Training Hall which is situated at the northern end of the  Australian Institute of Sport, Leverrier Cres, Bruce, ACT. Access to the hall is through the western side of the building and entry is free. No ticket required.
