Defence DVD

The AIS Netball Program is pleased to advise the release of the new edition of the AIS Defence DVD.

This DVD will be an aid for all coaches to develop the defensive skills of their players. Topics included are:

  • Footwork, including the two foot take off
  • Ball control and vision
  • Rebounding
  • Pressure on the pass
  • Channeling
  • One on one defence.

AIS Netball Defence DVD is priced at:

  • $27.50 (GST Inclusive) per DVD  including postage and handling for Australian orders
  • $25.00 per DVD + postage for overseas orders.
