The Fitness Centre at the AIS boasts the latest fitness equipment and a range of unique fitness and group training sessions. Our qualified instructors work with members to ensure they get optimal results. Memberships or casual visits are affordable and there are no contracts or joining fees.

What we offer

Gym

  • Personalised training programs and goal setting
  • Cardio equipment including, treadmills, spin bikes, seated bikes, x-trainers, rowers, and arm ergo
  • Comprehensive range of pin-loaded and free weights
  • Abdominal equipment

Personal training

  • Exciting and motivating indoor and outdoor environments to train
  • Great range of qualified personal trainers
  • Sessions can be completed one-on-one or with one trainer and two clients
  • Clients can choose 30 or 60 minute sessions
  • Clients can purchase 9 sessions and get the 10th free
  • Clients can purchase 4 sessions and get the 5th for half price

Group fitness sessions

  • There is a huge variety of classes that cater for all ages and fitness levels on The Fitness Timetable
  • Choose from over 35 classes a week including, Spin, Pilates, Mission: Impossible, Yoga, Circuit, Boxafit, Stretch and Tone, and Aqua Fitness.
  • The Class Descriptions can help find the right class to suit your fitness goals and needs.

Recovery Program

  • A program suited towards clients recovering from operations, trauma, or learning to live with limited mobility
  • Regularly updated Recovery Timetable Recognised by health professionals such as physiotherapists, GP's, and surgeons
  • Increased exercise consistency and progression due to the companionship received in a group environment
  • Information on hydrotherapy, gym and Pilates found in the session descriptions.
