Discrimination is about treating a person less favourably than another person because of their gender, race, religious or political belief, sexual preference, physical or mental capabilities, marital status, pregnancy or other central characteristic. Discrimination may be intended or unintended. What mechanisms and /or policies does your club have in place to deal with these issues?
