Officiating

A sports official is anyone who controls the running of a competition by applying the rules and laws of the sport. Sports officials might also make judgements on performances, act as time keepers or scorers. They go by many names including referee, linesman, umpire, judge, timekeeper, and marshall. Your club’s officials have a key role to play in ensuring the spirit of the game/event is observed by all.
