Building a healthier generation of more active Australians is the aim of a new group created as part of the nation’s first co-designed Sport Participation Strategy – Play Well.

A new program has been launched to ensure more organisations can help transform sport participation across Australia in line with the Play Well Strategy.

The sport sector continues to work closely together on the nation’s first codesigned National Sport Participation Strategy which aims to transform sport participation to Brisbane 2032 and beyond.

ParaMatilda and AIS athlete ambassador Carly Salmon was on deck to cheer on thousands of school students with disabilities at the 30th Challenge Games in Townsville at the weekend.
