Through the study of medicine, I wish to both harness and be a driver of positive change. I have a particular interest in genetics.

Studying Medicine is time and resource intensive, with contact hours equating to full-time employment. Add my elite hockey training load, which currently requires a minimum of 12 hours per week, and it’s difficult to find time for my part-time job tutoring.

Obtaining financial support will provide a real leg-up in supporting my academic goals. It will allow me to operate with improved organisational efficiencies both at home and abroad and will also remove the pressure of having to fund items through external employment.
