Learn about optimising mental performance in competition online. Access digital content including videos, podcasts, live stream forums and Q&As, online education, and the science behind what it takes to be mentally ready to perform best in competition.
What you can access on MPC Digital:
The AIS are working with NSOs to design their very own MPC program and curriculum for their Athletes and Coaches.
Integrating an MPC curriculum throughout the performance pathway will enhance the knowledge and understanding of athletes, coaches, and the NSO to apply sport specific mental performance skills in competition and to perform effectively with pressure in competition.
The AIS will provide consultation, content, training, and funding to deliver the NSOs curriculum through their performance pathway.
A team of experienced psychologists from the AIS will help sports to design an MPC curriculum that is sport-specific, and then provide ongoing support to key NSO staff (e.g., psychologists, coaches, pathway managers) in the delivery over multiple years.
