For the sport sector to have sustainable success, the system needs exceptional leaders, high functioning teams and high-performing cultures.
The ASC has invested in a range of individual development initiatives to grow the capability of the sport sector workforce.
Participation in these programs are free however participants are expected to cover the cost of any travel, accommodation and ground transport required to attend.
Program aims to build understanding and capability around the theory and practice of ethical and values-based leadership as it applies in Australia's contemporary sports sector. The program will prepare and support NSO/NSOD/NIN leaders and stakeholders to rapidly, effectively and appropriately respond to ethically challenging leadership scenarios.
