Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup)skim milk
- 1 scoopNESTLE PETERS Light and Creamy Ice Cream
- 200 g cartonlow-fat peach mango yoghurt
- ½ cupsliced peaches in natural juice, drained
Method
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until frothy.
- Drink immediately.
HINT: Add ice cubes before blending for an icy cold drink
