Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural low fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp NESTLÉ Malted Milk Powder
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • cinnamon, to serve

Method

  1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Drink immediately.
