The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) mission is to lead and enable a united high performance (HP) system that supports Australian athletes/teams to achieve podium success.
AIS Mental Health Referral Network Evaluation
In 2022 the AIS commissioned mental health research institute Orygen and the University of Melbourne to conduct an independent evaluation of the MHRN service.
The evaluation allowed us to better understand the needs and experiences of people who have used the service and offers recommendations on how it can be improved. The evaluation will shape the continued delivery of a high-quality mental health support system in elite sport.
