Wellbeing Modules

The Wellbeing Modules provide athletes with entry-level learning on a range of wellbeing & engagement topics that are important in high-performance sport.

These modules are most suited to athletes approaching or entering the high-performance pathway from a junior state level through to national representation.

The content was developed in partnership with the NIN, NSO’s and content specialists.

• Upon completion of the quiz at the end of each module, you can print/download a Certificate of Completion.
