Case studies
Whether you are new to designing participation products or are looking to refresh your approach, seeing how other organisations and sports go about designing encourages new thinking and innovation. It might be a small insight you pick up, but it could have a significant impact on your product offer and importantly your participants' experience.
These case studies explore the successes as well as the barriers and challenges in the design of specific products and experiences. They focus on:
- a specific driver of participation and/or
- a key product design action.
