This online course is contemporary in design and consists of purposeful interactions and videos which showcase best practice. Learners can access and complete all 6 modules delivered in sequence anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Effective facilitation is not simply about presenting information. It is most effective and meaningful when it is delivered through active participation and engagement of the learning group.
An effective facilitator plays the role of a guide rather than a teacher, providing safe environments and participant centred approaches that accelerate learning.
This course is designed to provide educators, facilitators, instructors and trainers with the contemporary facilitation skills and tools they require to design and deliver optimal learning environments.

Be aware of how to use tools and technology effectively to enhance learning experiences
Recognise the value of collaborative methods to shift the focus of education from passive knowledge transfer to active, practical application.
Module 3:Creating a supportive workshop environment
Optimising the learning environment
Recognise how to create a welcoming and safe environment that fosters engagement and activates learning
Identify effective methods and techniques to build trust and encourage open communication.
Module 4:Workshop delivery and adaptability
Adapting to workshop situations
Recognise the importance of managing group dynamics to create a balanced and inclusive workshop environment.
