Chloë Flutter is an experienced strategy consultant and non-executive director.
She was formerly a Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group and leader of its Health Care Practice for Australia and New Zealand from 2016 to 2023. She has extensive experience working with clients across the public and private sectors to solve complex and ambiguous problems and drive transformative change, including in sport. She has deep expertise in strategy and policy and operational, people and digital topics.
Dr Flutter is also on the Board of Nexus Hospitals, Australia’s largest short-stay hospital group, the Australian Cardiovascular Alliance, the peak body for cardiovascular research, and is President of the Association of Rhodes Scholars in Australia. She also served on the Board of BCG Australia and New Zealand for 8 years.
Dr Flutter was a member of the Australian Dolphins swim team and AIS Scholarship Holder in the 1990s and served on the Board of Swimming Australia between 2012 and 2016.
